4. Relationship with Oval Ltd

Oval Ltd is an SD221-licensed company that provides trading infrastructure services. BullishFx works with Oval Ltd to provide marketing, affiliate referral, and business development services.

BullishFx reserves the right to suspend, terminate, review, or adjust any affiliate account, benefit, commission, or reward if any misuse, violation, suspicious activity, or breach of these Terms is identified.

8. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

1. providing true, complete, and accurate information
2. maintaining the confidentiality of their login details, account credentials, and personal information
3. ensuring that their use of BullishFx complies with applicable laws and regulations
4. understanding the risks involved in trading activities
5. reading and accepting the applicable terms of Oval Ltd or any relevant licensed provider before accessing trading services
6. ensuring that their device, internet connection, and account access are secure
7. promptly notifying support if they become aware of unauthorized account access, suspicious activity, or incorrect information

BullishFx shall not be responsible for losses, delays, account issues, or damages arising from incorrect user information, misuse of account credentials, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, or user failure to comply with applicable requirements.

9. Data Sharing Consent

By accessing or using BullishFx, users agree that BullishFx may collect, process, store, and share necessary user data with Oval Ltd, related service providers, system providers, payment or settlement support providers, compliance support providers, customer support providers, affiliate tracking systems, and other relevant parties for legitimate operational purposes.

8. using BullishFx for illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes

BullishFx may suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse access to any user account, affiliate account, member area, community access, or related service if:

1. the user breaches these Terms and Conditions
2. the user provides false or misleading information
3. suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is detected
4. the user misuses the affiliate, referral, promotional, or community system
5. the user's activity may create legal, regulatory, operational, or reputational risk
6. BullishFx is required to do so by internal policy, service provider requirement, legal obligation, or regulatory consideration

Suspension or termination may result in the limitation of access to certain features, benefits, affiliate rewards, community access, or support services.

All trademarks, logos, brand names, website content, visual materials, marketing materials, educational content, system design, platform layout, text, graphics, and other intellectual property used within the BullishFx ecosystem are owned by or licensed to BullishFx, Oval Capital International Limited, or its related partners.

4. account approval, rejection, review, suspension, or termination by a licensed provider
5. Buy Balance, Sell Balance, funding, withdrawal, or settlement processing handled by relevant providers
6. user error, incorrect information, or unauthorized account access
7. system maintenance, technical interruption, internet failure, or platform downtime
8. affiliate or referral misuse
9. third-party service issues
10. any regulated service provided by Oval Ltd or other appointed licensed providers

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BullishFx, Oval Capital International Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, service providers, and related partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
